Now, until your site is in the development process you can set the maintenance mode of the site without any third-party plugin.

To enable this feature simply navigate to the Dashboard >> PORTO >> Theme Options >> Enable the “Maintenance Mode” feature from there then click on Save settings.

When you turn ON the “Maintenance Mode” option, another option will appear just under it to choose the page to show as a Maintenance page on your site, you can create your custom Maintenance page using page builder elements and then set that page as Maintenance page by choosing it from Theme Options >> General >> Maintenance, please refer to the screenshot listed below:
