Limitations
Please note that, as per Envato and our policy, we are unable to provide support for code customization or assistance with third-party plugins. For any matters beyond minor template customization, implementation of new functionalities, or making the theme compatible with third-party plugins, we recommend seeking the expertise of our paid customization team: https://www.portotheme.com/customization/ or hiring a qualified developer.
Extended Support Option
If you find that you need ongoing assistance beyond the initial 6-month support period, you have the option to extend your item support. This will allow you to enjoy support for up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of your purchase.
